Yes, you can copy-paste the link to any Web RTC compliant browser (latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari) and join the call.

A situation like this occurs due to any of the following reasons. Please ensure:

  1. Your Internet connectivity is excellent
  2. The minimum system and networking requirement are met
  3. You are using WebRTC compliant browsers Google Chrome(V 56 & above), Firefox(V56 & above) & Safari(V 11 & above)
  4. The camera and microphone on your device are enabled
  5. If nothing works, please use the Dial Out option to join the call

If your internet connectivity is not good, your video stream will be dropped automatically to audio so that you are still able to continue with your conversation without any interruption. If the connection degrades during a conversation, you will get disconnected and the call will restore automatically once the connection is up.

In case of poor internet connectivity, you can join the call using the Dial-out option and can also chat. You will however not be able to use the video option.

Unytalk supports IOS devices, please ensure that you are joining the call using the latest Safari browser (V 11 or above) and also see to it that your camera and microphone are enabled and are allowing access to the domain. Alternatively, you can also try to copy-paste the link on the Safari browser.
