To join a conversation, you just need to click on the invitation link that you received in your Email or SMS > Allow camera & microphone access > join the call

Yes, you can join a conversation on your smartphone that uses any of these WebRTC compliant browsers Google Chrome (V 56 & above),Firefox (V56 & above) & Safari(V 11 & above).

Both “Click to Join” and “Click to Dial” are meant to join a conversation using your internet connectivity. The only difference is that when you join a call using “Click to Dial” then you will be only on voice medium of communication.

If you feel that internet connectivity is poor at your place, using “Click to Dial” is the best option to stay in the conversation.

To join a conversation using Click to Dial, please follow the steps below.

  1. Click on the button “Click to Dial”
  2. You will land on a new page that will ask you for your phone number
  3. Enter your phone number
  4. Reconfirm your phone number and click on Proceed button
  5. The call gets connected and your phone will start ringing
  6. You can answer the call and join the conversation
  7. If you want to disconnect the call, you can always end the call
