Yes, you can switch plans. You can either upgrade or downgrade a plan subject to the number of users. Whenever you upgrade or downgrade a plan the plan changes immediately. The amount will be either adjusted or billed as per the applicable plan.

Yes. You can add your card details. To do so, Sign In to your account > go to Settings on top right corner > click on Billing in the panel on your left-hand side > choose Subscriptions > go to Payment Method section > Click on the Update button > Enter your new card information.

We follow a monthly billing cycle which means your billing cycle will start on the day your subscription gets activated and continue for a month from that date. For example, if your subscription for a plan is activated on 13th Oct 2019, then your billing cycle will be from 13th Oct to 12th Nov 2019.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any given point in time. However, access to your subscription will be retained until the end of your subscription. This means that your subscription will not be auto-renewed for the next billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, Sign In to your account > go to Settings on top right corner > click on Billing in the panel on your left-hand side > choose Subscriptions > go to Status section > Click on Cancel Subscription link

To update your subscription, Sign In to your account > go to Settings on top right corner > click on Billing in the panel on your left-hand side > choose Subscriptions > on the top right-hand side click on the Update Plan button> choose a plan you wish in the change plan section

Payments can be made using your credit cards & debit cards through Stripe, a secured payment gateway.

An invoice/receipt is generated after every successful payment. The invoice can be downloaded from your dashboard. If you have not received your receipt, please write to us at support@unytalk.com

To download my invoice, Sign In to your account > go to Settings on top right corner > click on Billing in the panel on your left-hand side > click on Payment History button> click on download in the Paid invoice section for that particular account> your invoice gets downloaded
